Fever with initial nonspecific signs and symptoms. Malaria, Chikungunya, dengue fever, scrub typhus, spotted group rickettsiae, acute HIV, acute hepatitis C, Campylobacter, salmonellosis, shigellosis, East African trypanosomiasis, leptospirosis, relapsing fever, influenza, ...
