Acute kidney injury rates similar whether stroke patients received CTA or noncontrast CT
Although there was a difference between mean creatinine values on presentation, patients receiving computed tomographic angiography (CTA) and those receiving noncontrast CT had similar mean serum creatinine levels between 24 and 48 hours after treatment.
