Lidocaine infusions linked to less acute pain in patients hospitalized with migraine
In a retrospective cohort study of patients who received continuous lidocaine infusions for refractory chronic migraine, median current pain rating decreased from 7 out of 10 on admission to 1 out of 10 at discharge.
